Yieh Hsing, one of the major wire rod producers in Taiwan announced to hike its list prices for wire rods by NT$500/ton for December.
After the adjustment, the firm's list prices of Al-killed wire rods are at NT$22,800/ton; that of rimmed wire rods is at NT$22,000/ton and that of blast furnace (BF) killed wire rods is at NT$21,500/ton.
Yieh Hsing decided to raise its December list prices by NT$500/ton in accordance with the price rise made by the major steelmakers in Taiwan.
It's known that China Steel Corp. (CSC) remained its list prices for wire rods unchanged while Feng Hsin and Quintain Steel hiked the prices by NT$500/ton and NT$1,000/ton respectively.
