This year, Lisec will present a new horizontal washing machine which has been specifically designed for glass lites with different types of sensitive coatings.
Also glass sheets which are dedicated to be coated after the washing process as well as any monolithic or laminated glass is cleaned with optimum results without residues. Thanks to its intelligent design the machine ensures easy maintenance, reduced noise level and considerable energy savings.
Lisec will also exhibit a new cost-efficient cutting line for float and laminated glass. The cutting table is tiltable for easy loading purposes or for vertical taking-off of big sized heavy glass sheets. It includes built-in break-out bars for an optimum flexibilty of the production sequence. Of course the machine shows the known Lisec feature that the cutting bridge moves to a parking section whilst the table is tilting. This reduces mechanical wear and results into highest cutting accuracy over an extended period. The cutting bridge is equipped with suction cups for the automatic positioning of the laminated glass panels in the lami-cutting-section where the safety glass is being separated by the proven thermo-mechanic Lisec process. This efficient line prepares you to meet all needs of modern glass cutting.
