Marlen International, Inc. announced today the unveiling at PROCESS EXPO 2013 of four newly designed Marlen and Carruthers food processing machines, including an OPTI 100 vacuum pump, 24-PAK filler, AE5000 2D dicer, and Auto-shredder.
"This is an exciting time for Marlen International," stated president and CEO, Nikola Vajda. "Our engineering and product management teams have worked hard to design four new offerings, each featuring maximum efficiencies, and engineered to the latest sanitary design standards."
Vajda continued, "Our new OPTI 100 vacuum pump produces 10,000 pounds per hour and features all the basics of a Marlen twin-piston pump at a fraction of the cost, allowing us to fulfill smaller food applications or small- to mid-sized plant production needs. This combined with our new Carruthers filler (capable of handling up to 600 containers per minute), and a newly designed AE5000 2D Carruthers dicer and Auto-Shredder, will enable us to cater to a broader audience of food processors at PROCESS EXPO 2013."
