It’s reported that Yieh Hsing, one of the major wire rod producers in Taiwan released its price policy for July.
The company decided to remain its list prices for wire rods unchanged for July.
After the price announcement, its prices for Al-killed wire rods are at NT$23,100/ton; those for rimmed wire rods are at NT$22,300/ton and those for blast furnace (BF) Al-killed wire rods are at NT$21,600/ton.
Industry sources said that Yieh Hsing’s unchanged prices for July met market participants’ forecast since China Steel Corp. (CSC) remained its prices for Al-killed wire rods flat and the current market demand weak.
