US Imports of Cut-to-Length Plates Fall to a Lowest Level During Five-Month in June

According to data released by the US Department of Commerce (DOC), the US’s imports of cut-to-length plates fall to a five-month low in June.

The data showed that the licenses for cut-to-length plates imports totaled 54,411 tons in June, lower than 61,313 tons in May and slumping by 50% year on year.

In June, Canada was the largest plate exporters to the US with 11,975 tons; Italy was the second largest one with 8,737 tons and Korea was the third largest one with 6,518 tons.
