US-based equity investment company Wynnchurch Capital has completed the sale of Webex to Bertram Capital for undisclosed sum.
Webex designs and manufactures precision engineered rolls, converting components and specialized machinery used in web process manufacturing.
The company's products are used across various markets including flexible packaging, consumer products, food products, aerospace, pharmaceutical and healthcare.
Wynnchurch executive vice president Frank Hayes said, "We thank Paul and the Webex management team for all their efforts and dedication throughout our ownership. Their strong leadership, particularly through the last economic downturn, contributed greatly to a very successful outcome."
Webex was purchased by the investment company in 2007.
