IDC released a report yesterday, increased its forecast on 2013 global tablet shipments growth rate by 10.7%, and expected that Android operating system would surpass iOS to become the dominant tablet operating systems.
IDC forecasts that in the next five years, the iOS market share will continue to decline, so will Android's, because Windows operating system is starting to win their market share. IDC predicts that the Android's market share in 2017 will be 46%, while iOS market share will be 43.5% and Windows 10%.
