Design agency Blue Marlin has created the branding and packaging for spice specialist Green Saffron
The range includes five varieties of dry spice blends, three sauces. Blue Marlin was tasked with creating a personal brand identity, develop strategic positioning and design the packaging.
Blue Marlin focused on bringing to life the “colourful story and sheer enthusiasm” of the brand. According to the agency, the packaging makes a bold statement with a spectrum of rich colours. It combines Victorian illustrations with fresh ingredients.
Blue Marlin creative director Simon Pendry said: “Arun’s boundless energy and impeccable expertise ultimately inspired our graphical approach, ‘expect the unexpected.’ The charming scenes represent the union of spices, which alchemise to create the distinctively fresh flavours of Green Saffron.”
Green Saffron was created by Arun Kapil, who added: “I wanted to capture the attention of the consumer as well as their imagination. Green Saffron offers a whole new dimension of flavour, fun, and innovation to cooking. The design reflects these goals in a fantastically delightful and unique way.”
