US-based food retailer Fairway Market has launched its first Glatt Kosher catering menu,just in time for Thanksgiving.
The Glatt Kosher menu includes oven ready Empire kosher turkey,slow roasted beef brisket,butternut squash bisque,apple cranberry challah stuffing,candied sweet potatoes,roasted seasonal vegetables,wild rice,apple,pumpkin and pecan pie,seasonal fruit platter and chocolate cake.
The new menu will be available at three locations-Stamford,Connecticut;Westbury,New York;and Paramus,New Jersey.According to the company,the products are kosher and are made in kosher kitchens.
Fairway Market,headquartered in New York,offers natural and organic products,prepared foods and specialty and gourmet offerings,along with a full assortment of conventional groceries.
