Surya has unveiled a custom rug program that enables designers and retailers to order custom tufted rugs for delivery within three weeks, according to the company.
Designed to meet the needs of customers who want a custom rug quickly, the program offers a choice of eight machine-tufted rug designs and eight to 12 colorways for each design. The rugs, which will be produced at Surya’s Calhoun, Ga., location, can be ordered in almost any size/shape combination, providing a significant range of custom options.
This latest custom offering builds upon Surya’s existing custom rug program, which allows customers to order custom sizes for more than 4,000 Surya rug designs across a range of handcrafted constructions, including hand-knotted, hand-tufted, hand-woven and hand-hooked styles.
"In today’s world, it is important not only to offer great designs and quality construction, but also to be able to quickly deliver the products that consumers need to create signature living spaces,” said Satya Tiwari, Surya's president. “We understand that the typical consumer has a vision of what their perfect room should look like and that one size or color combination doesn’t fit all. That’s why, in addition to offering more than 5,500 in-stock rugs, we have developed a flexible custom rug program designed to meet each customer’s home decor needs within a timeframe and budget that works for them.”
