The apparel industry in 2012, both brands and channel operators were using the electric-platform to clear the inventory. During the process, the electric performance of apparel companies increased more than 50%, while 17% of the companies grew 1 times even more. However, the performance of a few well-known electric clothing brands declined for many reasons. The growth of electric platform was higher than traditional sales channels, traditional clothing brands are also thinking about to maximize the electric business advantage.

The B2C industry was not good in apparel industry, many industry operators thought that there were four main reasons: cooling of the investment in the industry made the development of the market action slow down; the traditional brands got together which also impact the original B2Cbusiness in a short period of time; the inventory pressure itself severely affect the normal operation of the cash flow; platform department expansion also affect the B2C users in apparel industry.
