Russia's Ferrous Metal Exports Increased by 3.3 Percent in Jan-Feb

In the January-February period of the current year, Russia's ferrous metal exports increased by 3.3 percent year on year to 5.681 million mt, according to the country's Federal Customs Service. The total value of Russia's ferrous metal exports in the given period was $3.042 billion, down 0.2 percent year on year.

Meanwhile, in the period in question, Russia registered a 13.6 percent decrease year on year in its ferrous metal imports to 672,000 mt, with a total value of $593.5 million, down 17.6 percent year on year.
