Providers of online advertising services in the China market generated total revenue of CNY28.77 billion (US$4.70 billion) during the third quarter of 2013, growing 24.2% on quarter and 40.9% on year, according to China-based consulting company Analysys International.
Among different types of online advertising, keyword search accounted for 39.2% of the total revenues, followed by brand images/text (advertising space) with 25.0%, video with 20.6% and e-mail with 0.8%, Analysys pointed out.
