Pace Packaging, an arm of Pro Mach, will showcase bottle unscramblers ‘Omni-line Model 500’ and ‘Pharma-line Model 400’ at Pack Expo 2015 in Las Vegas in the US at the end of this month.
The systems can unscramble and deliver an ionized air rinse and concurrent vacuum at speeds surpassing 300 bottles a minute.

Omni-line machines are said to be capable of handling off-center neck bottles, F-style bottles, square bottles, trigger sprays, bottles with external or internal handles, silk screened bottles, in-mold label bottles, full bottles, and other odd shaped bottles.
Stainless steel is the building material for the Omni-line machines that have the facility for tool less changeovers.
Pharma-line 400 machines could also be changed over in less than 10 minutes with no tools required, and allows floor level access to components. The machines are also capable of inverting bottles for ionized air rinse and concurrent vacuum.
