The Number of Exhibitors Signing up for Auspack 2015 Is Still Growing

The year is drawing to a close but the number of exhibitors signing up for AUSPACK 2015 is still growing. According to Luke Kasprzak, portfolio director – industrial division, exhibition and trade fairs, “AUSPACK 2015 is expected to be our largest show to date in both size and number of exhibitors.”

Matthews Australia is returning to AUSPACK 2015. As is Mettler Toledo, who is planning to use an interactive production line to demonstrate how its equipment safeguards the quality, safety and integrity of products inside and out. Makum announced in mid-November that it will also be exhibiting.

Premier Tech Chronos is another returning exhibitor. Ingo Jonas, managing director, Premier Tech Chronos (PTC), stated that he believes that exhibiting at AUSPACK assists their brand awareness and growth potential in the Oceania market.

“Premier Tech Chronos believes that AUSPACK is the only interesting and innovative packaging trade show in Oceania. We are looking forward to showcasing our entire portfolio at AUSPACK, including our new vertical form fill and seal systems (VFFS) and new hygienic open mouth bagging machine in an interactive way.”

“Premier Tech Chronos has been exhibiting at AUSPACK since 2007 under the umbrella of Australian Prime Fibre and we are very pleased that they hold our show in such high-regard,” Kasprzak achnowledged.

Beumer Group has been exhibiting at AUSPACK for a decade. This time, the company on the top tier of international manufacturing in intralogistics for conveying, loading, palletising, packaging, sortation and distribution technology, will bring a series of solutions including the fillpac filling machine and the re-designed stretch hood range.

This is Beumer fillpac:

What makes the Beumer fillpac stand out is its specific weighing electronics that ensure the weight accuracy of the bags. Rejects caused by too high or too low filling weights can nearly be excluded.

Fillpac is equipped with a weighing unit that communicates permanently with the filler neck. The automatic bag weight adjustment determines the exact filling weight of the bags, enabling exact degrees of filling during the filling process. It is no longer necessary to remove under or overweight bags from the line. In addition, the quantity indicated on the bag always corresponds to the real volume.

BEUMER fillpac is designed for capacities ranging from 300 to 6,000 bags per hour and can fill various bag types. If equipped with a special bag placer, it can also fill HDPE bags. The three-position cylinder that regulates the coarse and fine flow is protected from dust, because it is positioned vertically and outside of the dirty area. The cylinder for bag discharging is also located in the dust-free zone above the filling spout. This solution minimises wear and tear on both cylinders and ensures longer service life. Fillpac can be flexibly integrated with existing packaging lines and can be optimally adapted to its customer's situation.

Beumer also fundamentally re-engineered its high-capacity layer palletiser, Beumer paletpac, last month. It now provides better accessibility, a shorter assembly period, higher flexibility and, as a result, lower costs. Read the full story here.
