US-based craft brewery Founders Brewing is all set to launch its ‘All Day IPA’ beer in cans provided by packaging supplier Ball.
Ball metal beverage packaging division Americas sales senior vice president Robert Miles said Founders Brewing decided to offer its craft beer in Ball cans as they serve as a sustainable, consumer-friendly package.
"By moving to Ball's aluminum cans, craft brewers are finding new ways to differentiate their brands. The result is an engaging package that is impenetrable to light and oxygen," Miles said.
All Day IPA will be available in the new cans beginning in summer 2013 across the brewer's distribution footprint.
Ball supplies packaging for beverage, food and household products customers, and of aerospace and other technologies and services.
