In honor of Veterans Day, Wearable Hope is partnering with Team Red, White & Blue, an organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of America's veterans by connecting them to their communities through physical and social activity.
Wearable Hope, an apparel website created to drive awareness and generate funds for nonprofit organizations, will now begin partnering with national nonprofit organizations after a successful inaugural month of supporting local nonprofits.
Each week Wearable Hope partners with a different nonprofit organization and provides custom t-shirt designs unique to their cause. For each t-shirt sold Wearable Hope donates $10 back to that organization and together they promote the cause in efforts to raise awareness for the mission of the nonprofit.
"The idea for Wearable Hope came after we expanded our custom printing operation to t-shirts. We wanted to create a unique giving and awareness generating component for t-shirt printing, and Wearable Hope was born," said Dan Graham, CEO of BuildASign.com, Wearable Hope's parent company. "We thought this was a perfect way for people to make a donation to causes they support and get a unique and stylish t-shirt in return that will help drive awareness to that cause."
Wearable Hope is run by BuildASign.com, an Austin, Texas-based online custom printing provider which also operates AlliedShirts.com and Printcopia.com. The BuildASign.com founders and staff have always prioritized giving back to the community, helping those in need and driving social awareness.
