The Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade has announced that it has found preliminary evidence of dumping in seamless pipe imports from Ukraine.
The antidumping duty investigation was launched in February this year, following the complaint filed in January by Vallourec Tubos do Brasil regarding imports of seamless steel pipes with external diameter not exceeding 141.3 mm. The investigation covered the period between October 2012 and September 2013.
The product subject to the antidumping duty investigation currently falls under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Number 7304.19.00.
