Pro Mach is set to introduce new shrink wrap and bundling machines at Pack Expo in Chicago, US.
The event will take place from 6 to 9 November.
The new Shrink Systems Group includes two core brands, comprising of Texwrap for shrink wrapping and Tekkra for bundling.
Tekkra5100 Series bundler provides the option for single lane bundling or dual lane for higher speeds. It can produce 100 bundles per minute, with quickly changing bundle patterns.
Part of the Texwrap Spartan series of wrappers, the new 1607SS side-seal wrapper can produce 60 packages per minute.
Suitable for contract packagers, the small footprint unit provides 100ft per minute conveyor speed and includes Texwrap exclusive Motion Trim technology.
The new Texwrap 2410 is an intermittent motion and side seal machine that will run large products at moderate speed with producing 40 packages per minute.
It holds capacity to produce shrink wrap packaging with 24" wide and 10" tall, helping to accommodate a variety of product sizes and configurations.
Pro Mach will also showcase Texwrap 914 box-motion vertical top-trim-sealer for shrinking wrapping packages. It will also exhibit Texwrap 2215 entry level L-sealer at the event.
Pro Mach’s Shrink Systems Group vice president Eric Vorm said: “Both Texwrap and Tekkra are exceptional organizations and having both under the same roof is driving product and service innovation.
“We know from recent discussions that the advantages of a single, trusted source for shrink systems, backed by ProCustomer aftermarket, appeals to manufacturers, co-packers, and distributors. That appeal will certainly be evident to every visitor to our exhibit at Pack Expo.”
