Aiming at industry, Toshiba has introduced opto-couplers guaranteed to world from -40 to 125°C.
The DIP8 devices (9.6x7.6x3.6mm), TLP2955 and TLP2958, have a minimum isolation voltage of 5000Vrms and support data rates up to 5Mbit/s.
Potential applications include intelligent power modules and programmable logic controllers.
