Global paper and packaging company International Paper has joined Two Sides, an independent, non-profit organization in a bid to promote the responsible production, use and sustainability of print and paper.
International Paper Commercial Printing Papers vice president and general manager Clay Ellis said the company's sustainability efforts are driven by its desire to the company better.
"Joining with Two Sides to help correct environmental misconceptions about print and paper and to promote the sustainability of our industry provides the opportunity for International Paper to further enhance our own wide-ranging sustainability education efforts," Ellis said.
According to Two Sides, IP will be part of its growing US effort to educate Americans about print and paper's sustainable nature.
