Rohm has expanded its range of low ohmic chip resistors to include high power versions.
The resistors are designed with wide terminal terminations to minimise mechanical stress at the joints and improve joint reliability against temperature fluctuations.
Motor and power applications
The LTR18 series, has 1W of rated power in the 3216 size (3.2x1.6mm, t=0.58mm).
These resistors are used for current detection in motor and power supply applications where a low resistance, low TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance) are required.
