On April 2, Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmaker Dongbei Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to issue five-year medium-term bonds worth RMB 800 million ($128 million) on April 10.
According to the announcement, Agricultural Bank of China will be the main consignee. ChinaLianhe Credit Rating Co., Ltd has ranked Dongbei Special Steel’s long-term credit rating as ‘AA’ and the medium-term bonds in question as ‘AA’ with a stable outlook.
