Chinese automaker Qoros has unveiled a bold new concept car, Qoros 2 SUV PHEV at the 2015 Shanghai Auto Show.
The car features a new design theme and hints towards future technology, design, and product expansion strategies for the brand.
It features contemporary and rugged SUV design along with dynamic coupe upper body lines , which gives the car a muscular stance.
Qoros 2 features vertically-orientated front and rear lamp clusters and an open V-shaped front bumper which combines to create a distinctive design impression, according to the company.
The concept car was designed under the supervision of the company's vice president of design Gert Hildebrand by the team in Munich and Shanghai.
It features 4WD drivetrain and is targeted at young buyers.
Qoros CEO Phil Murtaugh said: "This concept car is a strong indicator of our long-term plans - combining our commitment to expanding our product range with our desire to innovate and be different."
