To better tap factories moving to inland areas in central China, Japanese injection press maker Nissei Plastic Industrial Co. Ltd. has established a service office in Wuhan, Hubei province. The Nagano, Japan-based firm said Japanese and European automotive and electronics makers, and their parts suppliers, are becoming concentrated in the Wuhan area, which is a major center for Chinese automobile production. Currently the office has one staff but more will be added later this year. Nissei has a factory in Taicang, Jiangsu province, with offices in Dalian, Liaoning province, Shenzhen, Guangdong province, Shanghai and Tianjin. Source: Plastics News
