Fenzi is at the departure gate for the first international industry trade show of 2013. The group is on its way to China Glass, scheduled to open its doors from May 24th to 27th in Beijing, a landmark event for the Tribiano-based Group which has been operating in China for more than 25 years.
The Asian market has shown an increasingly ravenous appetite for the Fenzi Group's products, as demonstrated by a general increase in demand already this year. More specifically, evidenced by the fast-paced sales of the Duralux line of mirror coatings - the first Fenzi product to be exported to and produced in China - which has been riding a consistently upward spiral. Also benefiting from industry zeal are the Butylver PIB sealant for primary sealing of IG units; Tempver glass enamels; and the Glassolux range of cold paints, demand for which is strongly driven by the persistent growth of China's home furnishings industry; all are made in the Group's Chinese factory and destined to be the unrivaled stars of the Fenzi stand at China Glass 2013.
Some of the Group's other products are beginning to corner significant slices of this burgeoning market. New requirements for energy efficiency in buildings and increasing focus on the quality of each individual element are pushing Chinese manufacturers of IG units to choose products that offer better and better performance. To respond to these new needs, Fenzi China Paints and Sealants Company Limited, the Group's Chinese branch, launched in 2006, has strengthened its insulating glass unit (already active in the sales of Thiover and Butylver), by introducing an inhouse dedicated warm edge technology work team specifically to launch Chromatech Ultra, the first hybrid spacer from Alu-Pro and Rolltech, made of stainless steel and special plastic blends, in China. This innovative warm edge spacer delivers real advantages in terms of thermal insulation and ease of processing, a high-performance combination that promises to be a favorite with visitors to China Glass.
