Nissan Has Announced to Recall About 498,793 March Compact Hatchbacks in Japan

Japanese automobile manufacturer Nissan has announced to recall about 498,793 March compact hatchbacks in Japan.

The company said it will recall the hatchbacks to fix the problem in the rear light on the back of the car which is reported to not work properly and the recall will be involve the cars that were sold in Japan.

The cars recalled have been manufactured in Nissan's Oppama factory between February 2002 and February 2009 and the plant in Sunderland, England from June to December in 2007.

The company claims that no cases of accidents have been reported due to the defect in the vehicle.

Earlier in October 2012 Nissan had recalled its Dualis models (Qashqai) due to a problem with the steering and the X-Trail model because of a potential fire risk in Australia.
