Graham Hayden, Former KBSA CEO, is hoping to raise at least 5,000 for charity by running 10 free sales training courses for KBB businesses over the next two years.

Hayden, who’s organised courses for over 1,800 delegates over the last eight years, is asking employers to make a donation to charity instead of paying his usual fee.

He said that Whirlpool UK, Blum, ArtiCAD and Burda International UK are among the companies who have already signed up to the initiative, which will run during 2015 and 2016.

Hayden said: “I believe our industry is exceptionally good at product training but I do see the need to improve sales and customer care skills in order to compete effectively, so I have introduced this course for anyone involved with the customer experience.”
