Inatex and Indo Intertex Begins in April 2015

Inatex, the 13th Indonesia International Creative Textile Apparel Accessories Exhibition, and Indo Intertex, the Indonesia International Textile and Garment Machinery & Accessories Exhibition, will take place from 23-25 April 2015, at Jakarta International Expo (JI Expo) in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Along with the two exhibitions, a new exhibition Technitex – Indonesia International Technical Textiles and Nonwovens Exhibition, will also be launched, according to the organisers.

The three binding exhibitions—Inatex, Indo Intertex and Technitex, with theme, ‘The only trade platform to meet Asean garment industry’, will create an exclusive business platform for both Indonesian and international quality suppliers of textile and garment industries.

More than 380 exhibiting companies from 20 countries will participate in these events, which will be spread over 11,200 sq m at the JI Expo exhibition ground consisting of Hall A (A1, A2 and A3) and Hall D (Hall D1).

Inatex 2015 will show all range of products and accessories from textile and apparel industries. Indo Intertex 2015 will show new machinery and technology related to the textile and garment industry.

Speaking about the launch of Technitex, Paul Kingsen, exhibition project director said: “This year we will launch new chapter under the name Technitex 2015 which is special exhibition performing all vertical aspect of the raw material, product and equipment of nonwoven industry. Since Indonesia has a growing nonwovens and technical textile sector, there would be smooth transition of many producers willing to diversify from traditional textile production.”

The three exhibitions are expected to attract more than 8,000 visitors from domestic and international businesses and professionals who are constantly exploring option to improve their productivity and to respond promptly to customers’ demands, according to Kingsen.

Supported by the Indonesian ministry of industry, the Indonesian Textile Association (API), the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Indonesia Exhibition Companies’ Association as well as other strategic partners, the exhibitions will give visitors opportunity to meet international decision makers, developers and buyers of entire value-creation chain.
