Rigid plastic packaging company Paccor Packaging Solutions is all set to invest GBP9.4m (€11m) in its Dutch food service division.
Paccor claims that the investment is part of its strategy to become a player in rigid food packaging in sectors including the food service as well as the consumer goods market.
The investment, which will be made at the company's Standdaarbuiten and Nijkerk facilities, will support site development combined with new thermo-forming machinery and automation.
By investing in its existing facilities and targeting sustainable growth opportunities, the company aims to continue its growth and development in the food service packaging.
Paccor's food service products include rigid packaging such as salad bowls, meat and fish trays, beer and beverage cups and vending cups.
