(China Glass Network)The latest"Safety Specification of Motor Vehicle"has issued recently,the new specification add higher technical requirements on tires,window glass,seat belts and other items of motor vehicles.
Light transmittance of film for motor vehicles should be more than 70%
According to the new safety specification,light transmittance of glass film for front windshield glass and other visual areas for the driver should be equal or more than 70%.Reflective solar film is not allowed to post on the auto glass.All the glass transmittance of highway bus,sightseeing bus and the school bus are required to be more than 50%,opaque color paper and insulating paper with mirror reflective material are not allowed to stick to the window glass.
Some people like to stick glass film of deep colour or with reflective effect to keep privacy.However,light transmittance of deep color glass film is relatively low,which is not easy for the driver to see the traffic clearly and may cause dangerous.Solar film with reflective function may disturb the sight of other cars and passengers and cause accidents.Motor vehicles with the film above are not allowed to pass safety inspection.
