Caradvice Magazine Has Became The Number One Downloaded Australian Motoring APP for iPad

CarAdvice Magazine has achieved 20,000 active users in its first six issues, becoming the number one downloaded Australian motoring app for iPad , and has been featured in the recommended ‘new and noteworthy’ section of the Apple App Store.

The April issue, packed with content listed below, is free to download now at https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/caradvice-magazine/id552851300 mt=8

It includes an iPad-exclusive medium-car comparison test between the all-new Mazda 6 Sport sedan, the top selling Toyota Camry Atara SX, the class favourite Honda Accord Euro and the hugely improved Hyundai i40 Active.

We measure the mids for size, comparing their performance and fuel consumption, measuring their interiors and assessing comfort levels, and noting both their up-front and long term servicing costs, in the most comprehensive test of sub-$35,000 petrol automatic sedans. Don’t forget to view our videos of each of the cars, and the full photo gallery of the comparison.

A track-test between the Ford Fiesta Metal, Suzuki Swift Sport and Volkswagen Polo GTI then celebrates three of the best entry-level driver’s cars available on the Australian market.

Each costs less than $28,000, but all maximise driving thrills while minimising the expense of driving. We test their track-day credentials in addition to their real world liveability and value.

Coverage of the Holden VF Commodore continues in our iPad magazine, with an in-depth look inside and out at the next generation of the iconic Australian large car, the first new model in seven years.

We speak with designers and engineers behind the project, and reveal secrets about the new large sedan’s interior and drivetrain.

Full road-test reviews of the new Renault Clio RS, Audi RS4 Avant, Holden Cruze SRi, Porsche Cayman, BMW ActiveHybrid3, Opel Astra OPC, Mercedes-Benz A250 Sport and Volkswagen Beetle are also included.

In the first of our Complete Buyer’s Guide series, we look at Suzuki, compiling our website road tests of the Alto, Swift, SX4 and Kizashi, while previewing the next generation SX4 due here next year.

Our regular How It Works feature this month looks at run-flat tyres, while Mark Your Diaries previews all the upcoming car launches and tests next month. We also wrap-up the Geneva motor show, and reveal the secrets of future models launching in our Spy Shots section.

Exclusive content including road-tests and comparison tests, latest news, extensive galleries, and video reviews makes CarAdvice Magazine the best motoring app available on the iPad App Store.
