Taiwanese Feng Hsin has announced to cut its rebar price by NT$200/ton in the beginning of this week.
It is reported that some of southern Taiwan's rebar mills plan to cut is rebar base price to NT$17,200/ton to win more orders; however, it failed to bring attention from customers.
Buyers said that NT$17,200~17,400/ton can be accepted for them, but they are looking for more price decline due to the lack confidence in the market.
