Dutch bottler of soft drinks and juices Refresco Gerber BV has raised $597m (€548m) through initial public offering on Amsterdam stock exchange.
This is its third IPO this year, reported Bloomberg.
Refresco sold 37.8 million shares at €14.50. Ferskur, Tamoa and 3i Group have majority shares in the Rotterdam-based company.
Founded in 1999, Refresco operates 27 bottling production facilities in nine countries.
Refresco chief executive officer Hans Roelofs was quoted as saying by Bloomberg that the company aims to double its size within five years and will seek acquisitions after using the proceeds from the IPO to repay part of its debt.
He told the publication: "We are an acquisition machine, we're consolidating this market."
JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Credit Suisse Group AG served as joint global coordinators for the IPO
Amsterdam stock exchange hosted the debut of Lucas Bols Holding, a spirits maker, earlier this year.
