Resource Label Group has acquired US-based labeling and packaging identification solutions provider Gintzler International for an undisclosed sum.
Gintzler offers labeling and packaging identification solutions to the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, medical, health and beauty, automotive, industrial and specialty consumer goods markets.
Base in Buffalo of New York and Liberty Hill of Texas, Gintzler produces its packaging identification solutions through using a range of technologies such as flexographic and digital printing capabilities, laser die cutting and shrink sleeve manufacturing assets.
The firm will develop personalized solutions to meet the aesthetic, functional, production, and regulatory requirements of clients and governing agencies.
The company produces high definition lables, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging solutions, hinge and extended content labels for gourmet food and beverage industry, while flexographic, UV letterpress and UV flexo/rotary screen printing platforms for health and beauty industry.
