ICH Signs with Transcanada Pipelines to Provide 117.5km of 30-Inch Diameter Pipe

Mexican Industrias CH (ICH) has signed a contract with TransCanada Pipelines Limited to provide 117.5 kilometers of 30-inch diameter pipe to be used in the construction of a section of pipeline in Northwest Mexico.

In a press release, the company said the tubing will supply construction for the next 14 months and will be used in the third section of the pipeline, awarded by the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) to TransCanada, which will run from Encino, Chihuahua, to Topolobampo, Sinaloa.

ICH said it expects to continue to participate in infrastructure projects being developed in the country. The company did not disclose the contract amount.
