American Modern Insurance Group has signed a multi-year agreement with Symbility Solutions to implement Claims Connect into its operations.
Under the terms of the agreement, American Modern Insurance will deploy the property and casualty claims workflow management solution to enable the company to merge process across the entire claims environment and reduce time-to-resolution for its customers.
Commenting on the agreement, American Modern claims vice president Bob Crowley said that the Symbility solution has been selected following thorough review of the market and previous experience with the IntegriClaim/MSB solution.
A specialty insurance business, the company delivers specialized products and services for residential property like mobile homes and specialty dwellings as well as specialty policies for consumers in the recreational market, including owners of boats, personal watercraft, classic cars, motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles.
In addition, manufactured home communities, dealers and landlords are served by American Modern's range of physical damage commercial programs.
