Bticino, part of Legrand, has updated its popular modular AV door entry panels to deliver an enhanced combination of style, market leading technology and advanced security options.
The new Bticino Sfera range is available in three stylish finishes – all metal (silver), all white and all street (grey). It utilises the latest 2 wire technology in order to guarantee maximum audio and video performance and minimise installation and connection times. And because of its modular design and choice of 13 different electronic functions, panels can be configured in any combination to suit the requirements of any residential or commercial building.
The range also includes a vandal resistant option, ROBUR which features an extra strong front section and frame for increased security.
As well as standard audio, video and display modules, all Bticino Sfera entrance panels can be configured with specialist cameras, including wide angled and night and day cameras for enhanced 24 hour security. The panels also offer push button and keypad calling options, an address book search facility and three door release options – keypad, badge reader and fingerprint reader.
Meanwhile, the introduction of inductive loop and speech control synthesis modules facilitate ease of use for people with hearing and sight problems.
Also available with the new range You Diagram – a free, easy to use software programme that guides installers on everything from the selection and combination of modules, through to configuring advanced functions.
The new Bticino Sfera range has been designed with ease of maintenance in mind. Activities such as adjusting microphone volumes, changing name plates, and installing software updates can now be performed without removing the panel from the wall. Furthermore, the range has total installation compatibility with the Bticino Sfera modular panels that it replaces, and can be used to refurbish / upgrade existing installations.
