Packaging company Goglio is all set to introduce a new vertical form, fill and seal machine G18C, which has a structure that can be fitted comfortably to any required equipment.
According to the Italian company, the new noiseless and user-friendly G18C is suitable for powders and chunks, for formats from 50g up to 1kg and speeds of up to 110 pcs/min.
Goglio claims that the line has the capability to manage a range of multilayer laminates manufactured by its packaging division. In a bid to provide the packs with one-way degassing valve, the line can be equipped with an ultrasonic valve applier.
With one forming tube, the line can produce various finishings including flat bags, bags with squared bottom, four -corner seals and lateral or central back seal in atmosphere or modified atmosphere.
The machine comes with a stainless steel construction and has been engineered with clean design principles. It reduces CO2 emissions and assures better performances.
