Japanese carmaker Nissan has reported 6.8% decline in its sales in November 2012 to 381,018 units compared to the corresponding month in 2011.
The carmaker's domestic sales dropped 15.2% to 46,480 units, while its sales outside Japan declined 5.5% to 334,538 units during the month.
During the month, the carmaker's global production dropped 10.9% to 394,772 units over the same month in 2011.
Production in the domestic market declined 22.1% to 93,607 units, mainly due to the recovery in production following the affect of the earthquake in 2011, while the production outside Japan decreased by 6.8% to 301,165 units.
Nissan's exports during the month declined 35.9% to 50,803 units, with exports to North America declining 23.5% to 35,292 units, in addition to a 32.5% decrease in exports to Europe to 6,043 units.
