Packaging company Pro Mach’s division ID Technology has acquired Winco ID, a manufacturer and provider of label, barcode, and identification solutions in the US.
According to Pro Mach, with the addition of Winco ID its division continues to bolster its capability to deliver comprehensive customer support throughout North America.
Pro Mach Identification and Tracking Business Unit president Bob Zuilhof said Winco ID will allow the company to introduce the full range of ID Technology products and services to new customers to identify, brand, mark, track, and ship their products.
"Their like-minded approach to customer service excellence fits well with our goal to be North America's most trusted specialist for labeling, coding, and marking solutions," Zuilhof added.
US-based ID Technology currently has six label converting facilities, 18 regional offices, and satellite locations throughout the US and Canada, in addition to its machinery manufacturing operations.
Winco provides specialty labels and pre-printed bar code, RFID, and data labels for a wide-range of industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, electronics, health care, education, and military.
