Charge Your Phone While You Listen

Most smartphones give up the ghost by teatime, which can be very annoying if you're going somewhere and you're halfway through your hair metal playlist. These, however, charge your phone while you listen.

That's because they have a 1,200mAh battery tucked away inside that helps power the integrated amplifier and boost the bass. Of course, you can also use it to juice up your phone if you're running a little low on battery.

Just flip open the flap on the underside of one of the ear cups, and you'll see a USB port. Plug your phone in, and it'll do the rest.

It won't fully charge most modern smartphones, however, as they typically have batteries bigger than 1,200mAh. The HTC One (M8), for example, has a 2,600mAh battery, so you won't get even half a charge from a fully juiced up pair of Phaz P2 cans. Still, that extra boost could save the day if you need to make an urgent phone call.

They're made of carbon fibre, so shouldn't weigh you down too much, and feature two 3.5mm sockets, so you can daisy chain another pair of cans and share your tunes with someone else. Better hope they like hair metal.

As you can see, they're an eye-catching pair, coming in a range of striking two-tone colour schemes. They should be out in April, and cost around £165.
