For over 30 years the Brownhills policy has been to invest in staff, equipment and vehicles to allow the business to offer the very best in both products and customer service. With a staff of around 50, all drawn from the local community, and state-of-the-art glass processing machinery, including CNC machines and a special glass paint plant, they produce some stunning products which you can see on their website.
Their ASHTON heavy duty cross belt arrissing setup, which has reliably fed the Brownhills tempering furnace for the past decade, has now been replaced with the very latest ASHTON high-float dry arrissing system, a UNIX AIRFLOW arrisser and tables with high performance dust extraction.
