Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation (Ansteel), a Liaoning Province based leading Chinese steel producer has commissioned Siemens to build a new slitting production line.
This project is mainly to use the slitting line to cut high quality of cold rolled strip to supply gradual growing demand in automotive sector.
Ansteel has also planned to expand the production of automotive steel sheet in order to fulfill the growing trend in domestic market of China.
