Diamontex Has Utilized Its Chemical Vapor Deposition-Based Diamond Technology

Recently, Diamontex Co., Ltd. has utilized its chemical vapor deposition-based (CVD-based) diamond technology to develop a collection of LED lamps. The development of the material technology for the company’s LED lamps is led by a U.S.-trained materials science Ph.D. and a professor at the prestigious National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, company general manger James Chen and R&D team of seven specialists. Currently, the company has offered emergency lamps, high-power work lights, solar-powered streetlights, and intelligent dimmable lights as well as its micro LED projectors designed for smartphones. Compare with traditional emergency lights, the company’s emergency lamps have micro power storage that can keep the bulb illuminated for up to 10 minutes, so that people can own sufficient enough time to exit a building in case of a blackout. In addition, the company’s LED lamps are outfitted with diamond conduction substrate (DSC), which is a combination of CVD diamond and heat sink substrate which boasts outstanding thermal dissipation.
