Sacmi is set to showcase its complete Hero range at this year’s Drinktec show in Germany.

The event will take place from 11 to 15 September in Munich.

At the event, the company will exhibit advanced technological and plant engineering solutions for both bottlers and converters.

Sacmi will showcase heroLINE, which is the new cap and preform buffer that helps in achieving total integration both upstream and downstream from the bottling process.

The company will also exhibit its HeroBlock, which is a new quadblock that aggregates stretch-blow moulding, filling, closing and labeling in one machine.

Its IPS (preform manufacture) and CCM (cap manufacture) units that operate upstream from the CPB magazine will also be exhibited at the event.

In addition, the firm will exhibit its digital label printing module that can be integrated in the labeler to customize logos and codes of pre-printed labels, helping to avoid the difficulties associated with the installation of complex machines designed to print directly on the bottle.

Sacmi Beverage general manager Vezio Bernardi said: “Decades of experience and expertise in the manufacture of caps and preforms and unequalled know-how in integrated filling, labelling and stretch-blow moulding systems have allowed Sacmi to develop an innovative solution that synchronises and integrates these two process sets.

“Thanks to our advanced CPB cap and preform magazine, we offer converters something extra: the ability to move closer to bottlers by using wall-to-wall or in-house manufacturing solutions.

“On the other hand, Drinktec gives us a welcome opportunity to show the market all the latest individual machines, which still constitute the core of our technological and plant engineering solutions.”
