Maple Fine Foods, a ready meal supplier, has reported increased production output with the installation of a PA182 tray sealer from Packaging Automation (PA).
Maple Fine Foods supplies good quality range of Asian vegetarian, Halal meat and Caribbean ready meals to different catering groups, airlines and hospitals.
Maple had previously installed a small bench mounted machine, which was supplied by PA for trials, and returned it to take higher capacity one, as demand for meals increased.
Later, Maple has decided to hire the semi automatic PA182 sealer, as a result of good working relationship between the two companies.
PA's flexible hire to purchase deals are expected to be more suitable for small to medium businesses, who intends to increase the capacity, with less investment.
According to Maple, the PA 182 is a semi-automatic versatile tray sealer that blends reliability with simple operation.
The machine is flexible and fully operational, which is expected to seal up around 40 packs per minute.
Maple Fine foods director Alan Sayani said that he was impressed by the reliability, capacity and the speed of the PA182.
