The insolvency administrator for the Spanish wood-based panels manufacturer Interbon will auction the company‘s assets as part of the liquidation initiated in the middle of May 2012. That auction is to be concluded by the end of July. According to unconfirmed information, there are currently four interested parties, apparently among them the Kronospan Group and Grupo Losán. Both of those companies had already previously made several efforts to acquire holdings in the financially struggling Interbon Group. Source: euwid-wood-products
