'Fashion's First Hackathon Would Be Host by CFDA

On February 2nd, the Council of Fashion Designers of America will host Fashion’s first Hackathon.  Over 400 top engineers will be broken into teams and will have 24 hours to design an app designed to support the CFDA’s mission statement

The top three ideas ideas will be chosen on February 3rd and the winner who will be chosen by the CFDA and top industry professionals will receive $10,000 and the opportunity to launch their app.

Cofounders Liz Bacelar and Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, of Decoded Fashion, are coproducing the Hackathon as well as the tech forum which will take place February 14.
