Johnson Health Tech Acquires Nation' S Largest Specialty Fitness Retailer

Johnson Health Tech, owner of the Matrix, Vision, and Horizon fitness equipment brands announced that it has acquired 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment, North America’s largest specialty fitness equipment retailer with 58 retail locations throughout 11 states

With this acquisition, JHT will become one of the world’s largest specialty fitness retailer with more than 200 retail stores worldwide. 2nd Wind will continue to operate as an independent business unit with its existing management team.
